ABout Stillwater

Southern Living Magazine ranked Stillwater sixth on its list for “The South’s Friendliest Cities” in 2018 and it was voted one of the top 100 places to live in Money Magazine a while back.

For its size (50,000-plus), Stillwater boasts a younger than average, diverse community and economy which includes OSU, Northern Oklahoma College, aerospace, agribusiness, biotechnology, and manufacturing.

Regional Airport

Located in Payne County, OK, and three miles northwest of Stillwater, Stillwater Regional Airport covers 1,571 acres with two runways. It currently averages about 225 flights per day of which the majority are general aviation.

Oklahoma State University Flight Center uses the grounds to train students in Aerospace Administration and Operations with a concentration on becoming professional pilots.
